Employee Recognition

We are committed to finding positive ways to recognize the many contributions our employees make at Brescia and in the community around us. The Living Leadership Award is presented annually to a Brescia employee (staff or faculty) or a Brescia work team who shows commitment to the spirit, mission, and values of Brescia University College by demonstrating creativity, innovation, and personal initiative in her/his/their work and life.

The Living Leadership Award is the successor to the Learn, Live, Lead Award, which was created in 2007. The new award title reflects the goals and objectives of the Living Leadership strategic plan that will guide our activity over the next five years.
