Welcome Back to Campus! Important reminders and notices:
1. Bus Pass
Full-time students pick up thier bus pass from main campus. See

2. LOCKERS at Brescia
If you are interested in a renting a Brescia locker for academic year (September – April), you may do so through the Brescia Registrar’s Office.
Lockers will be rented on a FIRST-COME basis beginning
Thursday September 6 at 8am.
The cost is $40, payable by CASH and CHEQUE (to Brescia University College) only.
3. STUDENT CARDS
Western ONECard
For any new students, if you had your photo taken during the Brescia Summer Orientation Day, or submitted a photo online...
Western ONECards are available from the Brescia Registrar’s Office or from Brescia residence if you are moving in this weekend. You will need to bring ID with you.
Office Hours: 8am-4pm, note, we will be closed on Mon September 3
If you need to still have your photo taken, you must go to Room 1120 in the Western Student Services Building. The office WILL BE open on Mon September 3 from 10am – 4pm.
Regular office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm.

4. INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS – Health Coverage
For all new and returning international students, or those students who have purchase UHIP coverage - UHIP information will be sent via email to student’s @.uwo.ca accounts from SunLife Insurance. We will not have cards to hand out.

Foods and Nutrition:
Math 0105A should be taken by all first year Foods and nutrition students who have not completed a grade 12 math course.
Foods and Nutrition 2241A/B is for Foods and Nutrition/Nutrition and Dietetics modules.
Foods and Nutrition 2245A/B is for Nutrition and Families modules.
Management and Organizational Studies:
Students in Year 1 MOS must take Business 1220E instead of MOS 1021A/B and 1023A/B.
Dimensions of Leadership can be counted for Essay course required in Year 1 BMOS
MOS 4410A/B is strictly restricted to Year 4 MOS and students must have completed Business 2257
Linear Algebra 1600A/B removed from MOS first year Math options
Psychology:
Students enrolled in a double major in Psychology and Sociology can take Psychology 2850A/B OR Sociology 2205A/B, but must take both Psychology 2855F/G AND Sociology 2206A/B.
Psychology 4842E Honors Thesis is restricted to students in the Honors Specialization at Brescia. To enroll in this course, students must contact, and receive permission from a supervisor for their thesis. Students should contact Dr. Leslie Janes (ljanes@uwo.ca) if they have not contacted a supervisor. Students will be added into this course by the Registrar's Office once approval is received.
Sociology:
Students enrolled in a double major in Sociology and Psychology can take Sociology 2205A/B OR Psychology 2850A/B, but must take both Sociology 2206A/B AND Psychology 2855F/G.
Sociology 3307F/G can be counted for Sociology 3322A/B.
Sociology 3306A/B can be counted for Sociology 3300A/B.
Sociology 3307F/G can be counted for Sociology 3302A/B.
Sociology 3310F/G can be counted for Sociology 3322A/B.
