To apply for full time admissions please complete the online 105F application on the Ontario Universities’ Centre web site and apply to Brescia using the International Application Form.
As an applicant you must present official documentation to Brescia’s Registrar’s Office to be considered for admission.

If you are not at this time eligible for first-year university admission you may consider Brescia’s pre-university program, the Preliminary Year. The Preliminary Year is open to both male and female students.

General Certificate of Education Requirements
Applicants seeking admission to Brescia on the basis of General Certificate of Education Examinations must submit the following:
Admission to the Preliminary Year Program:
- General Certificate of Education (GCE)/General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) with passes in at least five academic subjects at the "O" level (Grade C or higher). These subjects must include English. One of mathematics, science, or a language other than English is recommended.
- The Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) Certificate, Grades One-Three (effective 1998) at General Proficiency, will be accepted.
Admission to University Programs:
- Five General Certificate of Education (GCE) / General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) passes of which two must be at the Advanced Level
OR
Four General Certificate of Education (GCE) / General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) of which three must be at the Advanced Level. - General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) examinations will be considered a pass if marks obtained are A, B or C.
- Students who receive a B grade on predicted or final GCE A-level exams will receive transfer credit for those courses approved by the appropriate faculty.
Note: Two Advanced Supplementary (AS) level exams will be considered equivalent to one GCE Advanced (A) level exam except for prerequisites.
High School Applicants from the United States
Students graduating from an accredited High School in the U.S. with high standing (B average), are eligible to apply to first year studies.
Minimum requirements:
- four grade 12 academic subjects.
- SAT Reasoning Test = minimum of 1100
- Grade 12 GPA = minimum of 3.0 gpa
Students not admissible to first-year university programs, may be admissible to Brescia's pre-university qualifying year, the Preliminary Year program.
Advanced Placement Exams
Transfer credit may be granted for AP courses with a grade of 4 out of 5. A maximum of two transfer credits may be awarded. All transfer credit is subject to faculty approval, and some AP courses may not be eligible for transfer credit.
Subjects should include prerequisites for specific degree programs.
