A non-refundable $17.00 Residence Council fee is included in residence fees, as is the cost of a meal plan. A meal plan is mandatory and non-refundable. Single room fees are an additional $525.00 for the academic year. All residence rooms are equipped with internet (RezNet) and an intercom system. The cost of RezNet and intercom are included in the residence fee. Students may opt-out of RezNet by September 30, 2012 and receive a full refund of the RezNet fee. Contact the Business Office.

Before you apply
- You need your student number. It is a 9-digit number in your offer package.
- Read the Residence Handbook before coming to campus. Submitting the online application is your agreement to the guidelines in the Residence Handbook!
- The deadline to guarantee residence for first year students is June 15st.

Apply to Residence in 3 Easy Steps:
- Complete the online Residence Application 2012-2013
- Submit a $600 deposit by Credit Card form, online banking, or cheque.
- Mail or drop off two passport-sized photos
They can be mailed to:
Brescia University College, Residence Manager, 1285 Western Road, London, ON, Canada N6G 1H2 (These photos are for your residence file and provide security for the residence building only, not your Western 1 Student Card.) Emailed photos can not be accepted.

Upper Year Students
Feb. 1 - Returning and Upper Year students can submit a deposit and complete the online application.
Feb. 8 - Bring two passport sized photos to the Residence Manager's office to choose your room. (note: you must have completed the online application and the deposit beforehand.)
