Events at Brescia
We offer a unique alternative to the regular run-of-the-mill event facilities. Brescia offers a variety of buildings and spaces (both indoor and outdoor) to suit all needs (From 1 to 400* persons).
You can come for the day or for awhile. Our seasonal accommodations (May to August) are comfortable, affordable and convenient. Every room offers a queen-sized bed and private washroom facilities.
Our newest building, Clare Hall boasts our most popular event and dining space, the Mercato, as well as the Cypress room (a modern 20 person boardroom) and over 300 overnight accommodation rooms. Clare Hall offers an edgy, and modern feel to your event or stay.
Looking to add a feel of character and rich history to a meeting? Book one of our heritage rooms such as the Oak Room in the historic Ursuline Hall.

Everyone at the Residence and Conference Services of Brescia University College have been extremely helpful in the planning of our wedding to be held in the new centre at the end of Aug 2013. Right from the beginning discussions at the bridal show to the site meetings and tours of the accommodations, the staff have been very friendly, professional, courteous, and willing to assist us in meeting our needs. It is very exciting to watch the building of the new Residence and Dining Pavilion and we look forward to being one of the first groups to use this new facility. It has been a real pleasure working with Jacqueline and the staff at Brescia and I look forward to continuing our relationship as we plan for our wedding.
The Nia Teachers and Students love coming together once a year at Brescia for a weekend of Movement at Nia Palooza. The conference staff have helped us organize this large event. The facility is comfortable, open, and clean. All the amenities are there for our guests. We get great advice with the planning and best setup for our different functions.
