Our team of Red Seal Chefs will work with you to create a unique menu reflective of your personality and tastes.  For large-scale events, once the menu is finalized, our strong front and back of house teams will provide you with peace-of-mind by serving your chosen selections and going that extra mile.

Our catering services offer a large selection of menus to suit your needs and budget. See the catering tab on the left side of your screen for a digital copy of our current menu. Some restrictions may apply due to your space rental location, or size of your group.

Our Chefs

Tim D’Souza

Tim has held the position of Chef at some of Toronto’s top restaurants, private clubs and hotels. Prior to that, Tim trained at the esteemed Palazzo Della Fonte in Fiuggi, Italy and at the legendary Connaught Hotel in Mayfair, London, England. Prior to joining Brescia University College, Tim was Executive Chef at the Idlewyld Inn.
