Events at Brescia

Brescia believes in community and in bringing people together. This busy little university hosts many flagship events throughout the year, including the Sophia Series of public lectures, the Take the Lead public speaking contest, Breakfast for Bursaries, More than a Book Sale, plus a host of other public events and lectures.

Planning a Student Event?

The Student Event Form and Student Event Planning Guidelines are available here, as well as on the Student Council web site.

Procedure

1. Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Mac) on the Student Event Form link and select ‘save link as’ to download the form.
2. Open the form in Acrobat and fill in the fields, referring to the Student Event Planning Guidelines for help as you go.
3. Take the time to think through the details of the event and fill in all the information completely. This detailed planning will help ensure the success of your event!
4. When completed, ‘Save As’ and e-mail the Student Event form to brescia.event@uwo.ca.

Booking a Conference Room?

Students can book Brescia conference rooms for meetings and events using this online form. Note that this is in addition to filling out the Student Event Form above.
