The Ontario Universities Application Center (OUAC) processes applications for admission to all Ontario universities. Applicants are encouraged to review their specific admission requirements before applying.
If you are currently studying at an Ontario High School, you are considered a ‘101’ applicant. You will require a PIN from your school guidance team to access and complete your application. Follow the instructions for ‘101 Applicants’.

Each campus at Western University has a separate Admissions Office and set of application codes based on academic programs. When applying to Brescia, you will find us under Western University; however, ensure you use the Brescia specific application code.

Once you have chosen the academic program you want to apply to and have reviewed your specific admission requirements, you can apply through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC). If you have specific questions about using the OUAC application system, contact OUAC directly. If you are applying after August 1st, please contact your Admissions Officer for access to our internal application form.
Applicants who do not meet the minimum entrance requirements, but wish to be considered based on extenuating circumstances or extra-curricular activities, should consider submitting an Applicant Profile.
Your Western Identity is your key to central services at Western and consists of your User ID and Password. Your User ID is a unique name that identifies you as a member of the Western community. This identity is assigned to you upon application to Western.
Before you begin, you will need your Western Student Number and your Western Access Code. Follow these steps in order to activate your Western Identity.
After you activate your Western Identity, you will be able to log in to your Student Center and Western email account.
High school grades will be submitted to Brescia by your school through OUAC. If you complete a summer course, please make sure to arrange that your transcript is sent to Brescia’s admissions office.

Admission decisions for September start are made on an ongoing basis between December and May using available grade information.
For 105 applicants, required documents must be received before we can assess your application. Transfer credit is normally included in your offer of admission, if applicable.
All offers of admission are conditional until final grades are received by the Admissions Office. All students will be notified by email and/or mail of their acceptance to Brescia.
Students can check the status of their application by accessing their Student Centre account.
