Wholistic Support

We value educating the whole person, integrating body, mind, and spirit. Campus Ministry assists with resources and supports, increasing your overall wellness as you develop these sides of yourself and journey toward wholeness.

Well-being refers to your overall physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health by describing the way we think and feel about ourselves, our relationships with others, our confidence and the ability to manage feelings. Spirituality is your way of engaging in relationship to that which is greater than you. It is a pivotal aspect of well-being regardless of your beliefs that helps you discover meaning in the world around you, events in life, and life's purpose. Your spirit connects you to others.

Spiritual wellness involves a personal journey that includes a desire to understand the other and that which is greater than us. It does not stay with us and translates into action. It is formed by wisdom, justice and compassion.

Tips for Promoting Well-Being

  • Stay well rested and eat healthy foods
  • Exercise regularly
  • Be creative (art, writing, devotions, etc.)
  • Volunteer & engage in meaningful work
  • Meditate & pray
