While Brescia is rooted in the Catholic faith, we celebrate our diversity of faith and traditions, and engage this critical dialogue. Recognizing the importance of the spiritual life, we offer resources to facilitate this. These include pastoral counselling, spiritual direction, and faith exploration for students, faculty, and staff. In living our mission with a passionate commitment to social justice, community service and the development of women at the forefront, Brescia encourages spiritual diversity and inclusiveness as the community shares its spiritual life. Campus Ministry acts from a place of love, informed by the Gospel, and directed by the Creator’s truth, wherever it may be found.
Brescia’s Chapel houses a rich and diverse community while quietly holding welcoming space for all. Its historic significance for our community includes monumental representations of over a century of women leading.

The Brescia Chapel community is a welcoming community of students, faculty, and staff from around the world, enriched by those who join us. As a chaplaincy we seek to serve the needs of the Brescia community.
Catholic Sacraments are “signs of the sacred” that lay the foundation for all Christian life. These are available on campus for Catholics.
The power of prayer gives us faith in things we do not see and hope for our future. Together at Brescia, we can pray to the Holy Spirit and be inspired of what we can accomplish together by talking to God.
Sacred space for prayer is provided for our Muslim community, primarily our female students. The Prayer Room is located off the Auditorium in the Mother St. James Building.
