The Mercato is Brescia’s largest event space and is offered seasonally to the public
from May through August. Featuring a beautiful modern design, natural light and an
incredible view from the top of the hill, the Mercato provides an unforgettable destination
for your event.
Situated in Care Hall you and your guests will have the convenience of your event in one location.
This space provides ample audio/visual capabilities, and is equipped with built-in, ceiling-mounted projectors, two retractable screens and overhead speakers, modern lounge seating and an outdoor patio are also key fixtures of this spacious venue.

The St. James Auditorium is a versatile space suitable for many conferences and events.
It features a stage, food floor, a ceiling-mounted projector, retractable screen,
built-in audio system and an abundance of natural light – provided from its south
facing wall of decorative stained-glass windows.
The St. James Auditorium is the perfect stand alone or add-on to large conferences for keynote speakers and it is adjacent to popular breakout classrooms 135 and 136. Additionally, the St. James Auditorium includes its own parking lot and main entrance which ensures a short and accessible walk for all attendees.
The Rose Room has significant ties to Brescia’s foundresses, the Ursuline Sisters,
who used the space as a tea room! Today, you can book the room which is commonly used
as a meeting space.
Renovated by the Brescia University College Students’ Council in 2015, this lively
student space keeps students engaged with splashes of pink around the room. Located
in UH, just steps from the Oak Room, the lounge is best for break outs and small social
events and includes a built in projector.
Located on the main floor of Ursuline Hall (UH), the Oak Room is filled with rich
warm oak tones and character. Also, it is filled with great history as its Brescia’s
old library.
Cypress Room is Brescia’s modern and formal board room. This space is frequently used
by Brescia’s staff, faculty and community members.
Located in the St. James building, down the hall from the Auditorium, Rooms 135 and 136 are Brescia’s most popular classroom-style rooms. All classrooms feature Wi-Fi, built-in projectors and sound systems and classroom-style seating (with included desks).
