Request of Information
Due to privacy legislation, Brescia is unable to provide third parties with personal information including academic, financial, or otherwise of its’ students.
The Release of Information Form is to be completed by the student if they agree to have their personal information shared with a third party (i.e. parent, sibling, etc). This form is available on Western’s Student Centre. To complete a Release of Information Form, please select “Release of Information” under the “Personal Information” tab. You can add authorized third parties on an individual basis and select the amount of information you wish to share.
