Course Description: Japanese and Canadian Food and Nutrition Cultures and Professions is a 1.0 credit course. Regular classes will be held at Brescia in the winter term with an intensive 10-day study tour to Toyko/Ichikawa Japan in February. During classes at Brescia and through seminars, lectures, site visits and other activities in Japan; students will explore the differences between food and nutrition cultures and professions.
Please note, all students participating must also provide a valid police check for
working with vulnerable populations. All costs are estimates and may be subject to
change. Additionally, this course has limited enrolment. Students will be placed on
a waiting list in the event of over-enrolment.
