Self-Enrollment in Courses

Course registration takes place one month before the start of each term.

When it is time for students to register in their courses, the Graduate Program Coordinator will contact students by email prior to registration each term with guidelines including information about required courses and registration deadlines. Online course registration can then be completed by each student using their Western University Student Center.

All new students will need to activate their UWO email account and Western Identity. For guidance to do this, please visit Western University's Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies website and see details under Western Identity Activation. 

Once enrolled in courses, individual course information should be accessed by visiting the OWL course site.

If you'd like to check your student record:

• Log into the Student Center
• Click on Main Menu
• Click on Self Service
• Click on Academic Records
• Click on View Academic Summary
• Select “Web Academic Report” and click “go”
• Scroll down to the current term
