All pay advices/paystubs will be delivered electronically to employees by email. Paystubs will be encrypted and password protected.

If you opt out of receiving electronic paystub delivery, all paystubs will be mailed to the address on file with Brescia Payroll. If you require an address change, please submit via ESS or by email to brescia.payroll@uwo.ca
Bi-Weekly pay dates apply to all employees at Brescia, with the pay week starting on Sunday through Saturday. Employees with regular, full time weekly hours are paid up to date on each pay day. Employees who submit timesheets are paid a week behind on each pay date.
Obtaining a Social Insurance Number
A Social Insurance Number (SIN) is a nine-digit number that is required for every worker in Canada. If you plan to work while in Canada, either as an on-campus or off-campus employee, or a teaching or research assistant, you must have a Social Insurance Number in order to receive payment for work in Canada.
