Brescia ITS is available on campus during the following hours excluding stat holidays:

• Mondays – Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

For technology issues and assistance, please submit a JIRA ticket to Brescia's Information Technology team. Tickets can be submitted at any time and will be responded to during regular business hours. Please provide 48-hour notice for non-urgent requests.
