Off-Campus Students
We would love for all of our off-campus students to engage in as much Orientation Week programming as possible, and we understand that your participation can be difficult with the commute between campus and home.
We encourage all off-campus students to engage as many initiatives as possible during New Student Orientation. To support you, join our signature event designed to introduce you to the rest of our incoming off-campus student community!
There are key amenities, events, and services designed to support and engage our unique off-student community, some of which include:
Off-Campus Student Social
Monday, September 6th, 2021 from 2:30pm-4:00pm (EST).
The Off-Campus Student Social is a chance to connect with students just like you. Whether you are local to the London area, or choosing to live outside of Clare Hall, this event is for you.
During this event, off-campus students will be able to meet with their peers and gain some valuable information about the week from the Brescia Soph Team (i.e., key Orientation Week events, late night shuttle bus schedule, a tour to the Off-Campus Student Lounge and lockers, etc.)
Off-Campus Student Lounge
Located on the second floor of Brescia’s Academic Pavilion, the Off-Campus Student Lounge is a space for our off-campus student to sit back and relax during Orientation Week.
Off-Campus Student Lockers
If any off-campus students are interested in utilizing a locker to keep valuables and belongings secure during Orientation Week, be sure to rent (for free) a locker! Available on a first come first serves basis, off-campus students will be able to sign-up to use a locker for Orientation Week at the same times and locations as OKit pick-ups. Lockers are located on the second floor of the St. James Building, a convenient walk from the Off-Campus Student Lounge.
