I acknowledge that I am a new to Brescia student and I understand that by submitting this form I will be charged the $143.14 Orientation Pass Fee. In return, I will be permitted to participate in all of Brescia and Western's Orientation Programming and will receive an OKit.

After you submit this form, your request will be reviewed and if you are eligible to opt-in to Brescia's 2023 Orientation Week, the $143.14 OPass Fee will be added to your student account. The Business Office will be processing changes to student accounts due to opt-ins/opt-outs during the month of September.
