Do you have an interest in the food industry and how the food supply chain affects our world? Or, are you fascinated by the power of marketing?

When you choose to study Food Management & Marketing, you will gain a solid foundation in nutrition and business that can make a bold impact within the food industry. Navigate controversies and trends in food marketing, understand how to manage brands or learn to predict consumer behaviour – in the Food Management & Marketing program, you decide! Under the guidance of your experienced professors, you will acquire data analysis, product development and management skills through a variety of dynamic courses, including: Food Marketing, Brand Management and Culture & Food.

Are you ready to heighten your Food Management & Marketing experience by gaining hands-on skills? You will have the opportunity to partner with a Foods and Nutritional Sciences class to strategically create and design a new product marketing plan! Or, take your learning outside the classroom with the Industry Internship Program and gain experience through a paid work placement. As a result, after four years of an empowering education, you will have the skills you need to start your career.

Admission Requirements

Admission requirements for Ontario high school students:

  • ENG4U
  • Two of the following: MHF4U, MCV4U, or MDM4U
  • Recommended for Food Management & Marketing:
    SCH4U or SCH3U
