Connecting Generations through Mentorship

Brescia's Mentoring Program matches senior 3rd year, 4th year and/or graduating students with a Community Mentor. Community Mentors are professional women and alumnae who will share their expertise, awareness and experiences with a senior student. upper year student who will help them in their academic and social transition into their university life at Brescia.

Additionally, through this prorgram, Mentees and Mentors will have the opportunity to particiapte in a series of workshops throughout the year that will aid in this transition and their own personal development.

Participation in the program will give both students and community mentors the opportunity to acquire and refine leadership skills, gain valuable networking experience, develop transferable skills, and explore career options.
