Situated on 48 acres overlooking the city, Brescia University offers a peaceful retreat-like setting rich with history, coupled with modern state-of-the-art facilities, affordable accommodations and excellent food.
Conference Services offers public rental of our spaces from May through August each year. These spaces include Clare Hall’s 300 queen-sized bed overnight accommodation rooms, a variety of classroom and boardrooms, as well as our two large conference spaces – the Mercato (capacity > 300) and MSJ Auditorium (capacity < 300).
Our most popular space – the Mercato – was opened as part of Clare Hall in the fall of 2013 and is the perfect venue to host a modern day wedding, banquet or multi-day conference – offering plenty of natural light, clean architecture and the ability to host both small groups to those over 300 persons. Convenient and affordable onsite accommodations make this a great venue choice for single and multi-day events in Southwestern Ontario.
Conference Services is pleased to team with our Food and Beverage department’s own team of red seal chefs – led by internationally trained executive chef Tim D’Souza – to offer a variety of locally sourced, in-house catering options from hot breakfasts, business luncheons to fine dining.
