When you choose to study Spirituality and Community Leadership, you will be exposed to a variety of religions and spiritualties from around the world to gain a strong understanding of the relationship between leadership and community. Discover the multiple roles a leader plays within our society, understand the spiritual and ethical dimensions of leadership or explore the effectiveness of a spiritual leader – in the Spirituality and Community Leadership program, you decide! Under the guidance of your engaged professors, you will learn how to create action plans for societal change and how to communicate a spiritual and values-based vision through a variety of dynamic courses, including: Spirituality and Leadership, Women and Leadership and Community Leadership.
Your Spirituality and Community Leadership experience will extend beyond the classroom by offering a practicum placement where you will support developing a solution to a community project or issue affecting local populations. These experiences are designed to give you real-world skills in preparation for your future career after graduation.
