Francolini Leadership Experience

The Francolini Leadership Experience is a four month paid summer internship that offers organizations assistance on strategic organizational issues and access to top academics, while providing students with real-world experience. The Experience includes three components: the student, the organization, and the faculty. The intention is that the student will take the theories and skills they have learned in the classroom and apply it to their work within the organization.

Along with the Leadership Experience working in collaboration with one of our community organizations, students are required to register for a 1.0 credit course in Leadership.

To learn more about the organizations that the Francolini Leadership Experience has partnered with, and the positions available for Summer 2023, please contact Angela Hoornaert at ahoorna@uwo.ca
