The Francolini Leadership Experience is a four month to one year experience that offers organizations assistance on strategic organizational issues, access to top academics while providing students with real-world experience. The Experience includes three components: the student, the organization, and the faculty. The intention is that the student will take the theories and skills they have learned in the classroom and apply it to their work within the organization.
Along with the Leadership Experience working in collaboration with one of our community organizations, students are required to register for either a 0.5 or 1.0 credit course in Leadership.
In order for a student to be considered for the Francolini Leadership Experience all of the following criteria must be met by the student by the time they submit their application.
Preference will be given to students enrolled in one of the programs/modules in the School of Leadership & Social Change.
Preference will be given to students who are registered at Brescia University College.
If you meet all of the criteria noted in Step One, please submit the following through the application form:
If you are selected, you will first participate in an interview with the Chair of the School of Leadership & Social Change and then the organization who will be hosting students for the Francolini Leadership Experience.
