Eligibility

Fall/Winter

Domestic Students

  • Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Person of Canada
  • Must be registered at Brescia University as an undergraduate in a minimum 60% course load (40% if you have a permanent disability) during the Fall/Winter academic year
  • Must have applied for OSAP or other Provincial assistance during the Fall/Winter academic year and have demonstrated financial need.
  • Must be in good academic standing within Western University and OSAP (if applicable)
  • Must be in good financial standing within Western University and OSAP (if applicable)
International Students

  • Must be an International student paying International fees
  • Must be registered at Brescia University as an undergraduate in a minimum 60% course load (40% if you have a permanent disability) during the Fall/Winter academic year
  • Must have demonstrated financial need determined through the application review process
  • Must be in good academic standing within Western University
  • Must be in good financial standing within Western University

Spring/Summer

Domestic Students

  • Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Person of Canada
  • Must have been registered in a minimum 60% course load (40% if you have a permanent disability) at Brescia during the previous Fall/Winter academic year
  • Must be returning to Brescia as a full-time undergraduate student (min 60% course load or 40% if you have a permanent disability) in the subsequent study period and have completed an “Intent to Register” for the upcoming Fall/Winter academic year
  • Must have been in receipt of OSAP or other Provincial assistance during the prior academic year and have demonstrated financial need
  • Must be in good academic standing within Western University and OSAP (if applicable)
  • Must be in good financial standing within Western University and OSAP (if applicable)
  • Must be available to work from May to August, regular working hours, per job descriptions
  • Must not be working in any other Summer Work Study/Summer Employment Program at Western University or any other affiliated college while employed under Brescia’s Work Study Program.
International Students
