How to Apply

Interested in applying to Brescia’s Preliminary Year Program?

Applicants are able to contact the Preliminary Year Advisor for the Brescia internal application form.

For students only applying to the Preliminary Year Program at Brescia University, you may complete the 2 Step Brescia Preliminary Year Program Online Application Form.

If you are currently studying at an Ontario High School, you are considered a ‘101’ applicant. Follow the instructions for 101 applicants on the OUAC application. All other students are considered 105 applicants. The OUAC application code for Preliminary Year is EBC.

Applicants who do not meet the minimum entrance requirements but wish to be considered based on extenuating circumstances or extra-curricular activities should consider submitting an Application Profile

Offers of Admission

All Preliminary Year students students will be notified by email of their acceptance to Brescia. Your ‘Offer of Admission’ letter will contain the information needed by the authorities in your country for processing of your visa.

Review student VISA requirements through the Government of Canada Citizenship and Immigration site. Processing times do vary by region; check with your local embassy and submit your application to Brescia early. In most cases to start your VISA application you need an offer of admission first.

As of June 1, 2014 there are new Canadian Immigration regulations for students applying for a study VISA. For more information please see the Government of Canada's website. Brescia’s Designated Learning Institution Number is: O19331472822 (please note, this begins with the letter “O”, not zero). Students will need this information to apply for their study VISA.
