New this year, Brescia is proud to partner with Togetherall; a free, online peer-to-peer mental health community. This resource is available for ALL Brescia students.
Togetherall is accessible 24/7 and is a safe and anonymous online space where you can go if you’re feeling down, struggling to cope or looking to talk to people who understand what you’re going through. You can connect with others that have real lived experience, or access free self-guided courses, self-assessments or other wellbeing resources with no referral needed.
To sign up, visit togetherall.com and use your student email address to register as a member of Brescia University College. If you are looking to stay anonymous, choose an anonymous username - this is how you are known online within the Togetherall community.
Togetherall also has a dedicated customer service team. Contact the team@togetherall.com, and the team can help support you with any specific questions or technical issues you may have or visit our Student Life Centre in St. James building for assistance.
If you are looking for in-person mental wellness support, please visit one of our two Peer Support locations on-campus (MSJ 157 or Clare Hall 261 south side). Click here for hours of operation.
